Level
Norah plays for Amersfoort U18-1 in the Super A, the second highest league in the Netherlands. She started playing at a very young age and has always been a key player for the first selection teams of her club. While playing for girls U14-1 she was asked to play with girls that were four years older than herself. She decided to switch clubs as she wanted to grow and be challenged more. She chose to play for her current club; Amersfoort. At her new club she played for the U16-1 team and was asked multiple times to substitute for the U18-1 team as well. Now, she also competes with the First ladies team. Norah is showcasing that her talent, high ambition, and work ethic isn’t going unnoticed.

Playing style
Norah has great stick skills, allowing her to maneuver the ball with precision and creativity, making her a critical asset in midfield play. She excels in one-on-one situations, using her agility and stick skills to beat defenders and create scoring opportunities for her team.
Moreover, Norah is good at using body-fake and rapid acceleration with the ball, creating separation from defenders and opening up attacking opportunities.
On top of that, Norah’s outstanding level of fitness and endurance enables her to maintain a high work rate throughout the game, consistently outworking her opponents and competing fully for every ball even in the final moments of play. Norah has true passion for field hockey and wants to continue to develop into the best player she can possibly be.

Extra Curricular
Norah started playing golf when she was 6 years old. She played for a few years until she decided to put all her focus on field hockey.
 
Academics
Norah is currently in her fifth year of high school (VWO) and is expected to graduate in June 2026. Norah is looking forward to joining a Field Hockey Program, starting in the Fall of 2026. She has the ambition to make an immediate impact and cannot wait to start this new
adventure..
