Sebastian Ondas

Sebastian Ondas is a dedicated tennis player who trains daily, focusing on both his fitness and technical skills. His playing style is aggressive, and he is especially strong from the baseline. Currently, Sebastian is working to transition his game to an all-court style, expanding his ability to attack from different areas of the court.

His favorite shots are his forehand and backhand down the line, which he can execute even on the move. These shots are key to his offensive style, and he works hard to make them effective in matches.

Sebastian chooses to compete in mostly national tournaments even though he has some very strong results against top international players. He plays most weeks when there is a good opportunity.  He aims to improve his results and gain experience in a variety of competitive settings. Some of his best recent results are: 

• 6-2 6-7 10-7 win over Christopher Thies (11.84 UTR)
• 5-7 7-5 10-6 win over Kent Müller (11.73 UTR)
• 6-0 6-3 win over Jakub Vrtilka (11.15 UTR)

Academically, Sebastian is interested in pursuing studies in either engineering or economics, and he is committed to balancing his tennis career with his educational goals. 

In the U.S., Sebastian hopes to continue developing his tennis skills while also focusing on his education. His main goal is to improve both physically and technically, with the aim of competing at a higher level in the future.
