About Steven Knol

Athletic Background

Steven started swimming at a young age with Triton, a small-town club where he trained for six years and built a solid technical foundation. His ambition to progress led him to join De Otters Het Gooi in Bussum, where he qualified for his first Dutch National Championships.

Not satisfied yet and eager to keep improving, Steven made a mid-season move to De Dolfijn, one of the country’s strongest programs. The change paid off. He competed at his second National Championships, achieving a 5th place finish in the 800m freestyle. Since then, he has continued to train and compete at the highest domestic level, always looking for new ways to push his limits and perform at his best.
