About Sander Paradis

Sander is a dedicated tennis player who trains intensely, committing to 7 training sessions a week, with 3 of those sessions focused on match play. In addition to his tennis training, Sander works out 6 times a week, alternating between strength and endurance sessions, as well as movement drills to improve his court agility. His playing style is aggressive, always looking for short balls to attack and rush the net. Standing at 2.05 meters tall, Sander boasts a hard and accurate first serve, which allows him to win many free points off his serve. His game is also centered around serve-and-volley play, making the most of his ability to move forward quickly and dictate points at the net. Sander’s game is built around his powerful and precise shot selection, with a focus on taking the initiative from the baseline and finishing with his net play. Sander has been part of the national federation squad for many years.
