Sports: <\/strong>Women’s Diving This is Lita van Weert, a 15-year-old athlete from the Netherlands, living in Sint Oedenrode. At the age of five, Lita started diving because of a video she saw. She did a trial lesson and liked it immediately, which made her decide to continue. Soon she started training several times a week and today she trains nine to 10 times a week. <\/p>\n\n What makes Lita special as a person is her social nature. She loves doing fun things with friends on weekends. In addition, Lita is active with babysitting small children, something she enjoys. <\/p>\n\n What really sets Lita apart as an athlete is her discipline and positivity. She is a hard worker who gives everything for her goals. In addition, she always stays positive during her workouts and tries to motivate her teammates through her energy and enthusiasm. <\/p>\n\n In the future, Lita hopes to compete in the NCAAs in America.
