Ali is a right-footed player who primarily plays as a central defensive midfielder (CDM), though his versatility allows him to also excel as a central midfielder (CM) or center back (CB).

His development pathway has been impressive and diverse. Ali spent six years competing in the UAE Local League (UAEFA) with Ajman and Al Wahda, where he built a strong foundation and gained recognition through multiple call-ups for UAE national team camps at the U13–U15 levels. He currently plays with Barça Academy Dubai at the Dofa Dubai U21 level, where he became cup winner in the U17 and U19. His competitive experience also includes the prestigious Mina Cup, where he was part of the U16 winning side. 

Ali’s game is defined by his composure on the ball, his aggression in duels, and his strong sense of leadership. With excellent game understanding, he reads situations early and organizes his teammates effectively, making him a reliable anchor in both defensive and attacking phases. Whether protecting the backline, distributing with calmness under pressure, or dictating tempo from midfield, Ali shows maturity beyond his years. His leadership qualities have also been evident off the pitch, where he has captained his varsity school team since his junior year.

In addition, Ali has tested himself in Europe through trials with Levante UD, further broadening his international exposure.

Ali’s mix of composure, intensity, and tactical intelligence makes him a standout presence in midfield. Determined and ambitious, he is focused on continuing his growth in a competitive sporting environment. 

Ali is looking to join a competitive college program in the fall of 2026.
