Isis Harink

Isis currently plays as a middle blocker for Dynamo Tubbergen in the Dutch Top Division. Isis's talent and dedication were evident early on, as she made her debut for the first women's team at the young age of 15. 

Her length combined with her position and lateral footwork is very solid. She pulls up a closed block that every opponent balks at. In addition, she can also add a powerful serve to her game. Her serve gives her the ability to pressure opponents and secure crucial points.

Another advantage is that as a middle attacker, she naturally oversees the field. She likes to create angles offensively. 

Despite her strengths, Isis is committed to continuous improvement, particularly in her blocking and defensive skills. Recognizing the importance of these aspects of her game, she is dedicated to refining her technique and becoming a more well-rounded player during her time in the States. 

In addition to her athletic pursuits, Isis is also focused on her academic journey. She is currently enrolled in the VWO level,  the highest level of high school in the Netherlands. Isis expects to graduate in June 2024 and is mostly interested in majoring in sociology related studies.
