Roel is a tactically aware and team-oriented player who has already built an impressive résumé at a young age. With V.V.G.Z. U17-1, he played a key role in the club’s first-ever participation in divisional football, finishing 3rd in the 7th Division and later becoming champions of the Hoofdklasse. At just 16 years old, Roel made his debut for V.V.G.Z. U23-1, highlighting his early maturity and reliability.

He continued his development at A.S.W.H. U19-1, where he became champion of the 7th Division and achieved back-to-back promotions to the 6th Division. Known for his leadership, Roel actively coaches and guides teammates on the pitch, helping organize play and maintain structure. Comfortable in both midfield and central defense, he values simple, quick combination play, often playing one-touch football to control the tempo. His strong work rate and willingness to cover ground reflect his commitment to the team.

Alongside his football development, Roel is currently studying at a university in the Netherlands, successfully balancing academics with high-level competition. Roel is looking to join a competitive program for Fall 2026.
