Over the past half year, Doeke has greatly increased his focus on tennis, dedicating himself to training and competition. He currently trains five times per week and often puts in additional practice on his own to keep developing his game. His progress has accelerated through this structured approach, and he is now competing more frequently in tournaments as well as league matches.

Doeke’s playing style revolves around dictating rallies from the baseline with depth and pace, setting up opportunities to finish points with his strong serve or forehand. His inside-out forehand in particular allows him to move opponents off the court and open up space to attack.

By playing more tournaments in recent months, Doeke is gaining valuable match experience and testing his skills against different playing styles. Some of his most notable results include:

Outside of tennis, Doeke is exploring his academic interests. He is particularly intrigued by econometrics and related fields, though he is still considering which direction suits him best. With an open mindset and motivation to grow, he looks forward to combining his academic path with his continued development as a tennis player.
