Level

Floor  has played at the highest level of Dutch youth hockey (Landelijk) for all of her career. For the past couple of years, Floor has always been an integral member of several championship teams: 

National Champion indoor: 2025 (U18), 2024 (U16)
National Champion outdoor: 2022 (U14), 2024 (U16)

When she was a player on the U16-1 team during the 2023-2024 season, she was regularly asked to play games for the U18-1 team as well.

Playing style

Floor is an attacking minded defender. She can play at multiple positions in the back and midfield but thrives as a right back, moving up the field with skill and speed. Floor has the ability to change the pace of the game with a quick acceleration while keeping her head up, being able to find open teammates and create dangerous attacking situations. She is always searching for a connecting pass with teammates and loves to play a quick give-and-go. Floor is a tireless worker and will never give up in defensive situations. Her quick hands allow her to find her way out of tight spaces with ease. Additionally, Floor has a very fast and accurate corner insert. 

High performance

Floor has consistently been a member of the Dutch high performance pipeline since. She was a member of the Dutch regional and district teams and part of the Dutch U16 training squad from 2023-2024.

Academics

Floor is a motivated and hardworking student, and expected to graduate Dutch high school (VWO – Gymnasium) in June 2026.
