Nora Savelsbergh

Nora Savelsbergh (2007) is a right-handed 6'0 middle blocker competing for Labyellov. Nora is an energetic and determined athlete who combines attacking power with a strong team mentality. Known for her rapid development and willingness to learn, she has consistently challenged herself by playing with older teams and taking on leadership roles at a young age. Nora is looking for a college volleyball team to join in the Fall of 2027.

About Nora Savelsbergh

Athletic Background
Nora has been playing volleyball since the age of nine, throughout her development, she has consistently played with older teams, accelerating her physical, technical, and mental growth.   

She has gained experience in both youth selection environments and senior competition, including participation in NOJK (Dutch Youth Championships). In all NOJK appearances, Nora served as team captain, highlighting her leadership qualities and trust within the team. Her combination of senior-level match experience, selection training, and continuous technical development reflects a fast-growing athlete with strong long-term potential. 

Strenghts
Nora’s main strengths are her attacking ability and service. She is aggressive in offense and is known for going after every ball on the court, showing strong effort and determination in rallies. She maintains a positive mindset during matches and actively looks for solutions when things do not go as planned. According to her coach, Nora is a driven and eager learner who consistently works to improve herself and motivates her teammates when the team struggles. Her fighting spirit and offensive presence make her a valuable contributor on the court.

Academics
Nora is currently enrolled in high school and expects to graduate in June 2027. She has not decided what she wants to major in yet.
