If a legally established minimum retention period applies, your data may not be deleted until after the established period.

The minimum retention period for debtor and creditor records is 7 years, pursuant to the State Tax Act.

Slamstox B.V. only shares your personal data with third parties if this is necessary to execute the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. These parties only have access to the data they need to perform their assignment. When your personal data is shared with third parties, we will ensure that measures are taken to ensure adequate protection of your data.

Slamstox B.V. shares data related to personal data with Dutch Coding Company B.V. to ensure optimal processes.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Slamstox B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You may send a request to inspect, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, as well as a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data by e-mail to info@slamstox.com. If this is not possible, you can send a letter to our postal address.

To make sure that the request is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Slamstox B.V. would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data.

Slamstox B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
