This is Nikos Alexandropoulos, a competitive and driven tennis player from Greece. Nikos began training at the Kalovelonis Tennis Academy at the age of five and started playing competitive tennis around the age of twelve.
Since then, Nikos has made great strides in his development. At age 14, he was ranked around 150th in the national rankings, and he has since worked his way up to the top 40 in Greece. He currently plays for the Deree Tennis Club and competes at the ITF level.
One of Nikos’s most important qualities is his strong mental toughness. He thrives on competition and feels comfortable in high-pressure games. Thanks to his drive and constant desire to improve himself, he continues to make progress both technically and mentally.
Nikos is also motivated academically. He expects to graduate from high school in 2028 and hopes to combine his athletic development with a college education in the United States.
In the United States, Nikos is looking for a competitive college tennis program where he can challenge himself every day. He wants to continue to grow, both as a tennis player and as a person, and discover how far his competitive spirit can take him.
“I want to keep improving every day, challenge myself at a high level, and become the best player I can be.” – Nikos Alexandropoulos
