Athletic background
Jente started playing tennis at a young age after being introduced to the sport by a friend. Although she also participated in gymnastics and horse riding, she eventually chose to focus entirely on tennis. As her passion for the sport grew, she joined the selection group at her tennis club, where she trained with advanced coaches and regularly competed in tournaments.

Since then, Jente has consistently played tournaments, including several regional junior championships (PJK) and JRT events. She has also won her club championships multiple times, gaining valuable competitive experience along the way.

Strengths
Jente’s biggest strengths are her first serve and her forehand. Her first serve allows her to start points aggressively, while her forehand is the shot she relies on most to dictate rallies and create opportunities. She is currently focused on improving her mental strength and confidence, with the goal of becoming a more complete and consistent player. She is excited to continue her development in a college environment where she can train at a high level while building an international network.

Academics
Jente is currently completing high school and expects to graduate in June 2027. In addition to her regular studies, she has earned her Cambridge English certificate, demonstrating her strong English language skills and readiness for an international academic environment. She is interested in studying Sport Management or Sport Studies and is looking for a university where she can combine her academic ambitions with competitive college tennis.
