Entry semester: Fall 2026

This is Jaro, a 16-year-old boy from the Netherlands who lives in the village of Meppel. Since the age of eight, he has been passionately involved in volleyball and has developed a great love for the sport.

Jaro’s interest in volleyball was sparked early on by his mother and sister, who both played the sport. From the very first moment, it captured his attention, and as he grew older, his love for volleyball only became stronger. As an athlete, Jaro is incredibly driven: he gives his all during both training sessions and matches. He has a strong desire to keep learning and continuously improve himself.

Jaro is confident that he can be a valuable asset to any college due to his talent for building strong connections and his reliable character—you can always count on him.
