This is Finn Rouwenhorst, a soccer player from the Netherlands who just turned 18, living in Apeldoorn. Finn comes from a very sporty family. When he was six, he already started playing soccer. But playing soccer is not the only thing Finn does. In addition to his career as a soccer player, Finn also does water polo. Still, he focuses his sights on soccer because Finn likes it best. In the striker position, Finn knows how to make things difficult for many opponents with his speed and strength.

What makes Finn special as a person is that he connects easily and has a strong opinion of his own. He is good at taking responsibility and enjoys making people happy. His friends describe him as a reliable and energetic boy.

What really sets Finn apart as an athlete is that he is often important to his team with his speed and his nose for the goal. When his team is struggling, Finn can bring back the energy by motivating his team. That is why he has been captain for the last four years.

In the future, Finn hopes to play sports in America at the highest possible level and develop academically. Finn does not yet have any goals for in the future, but is sure he will continue to play soccer as long as possible. On his new team, Finn can provide goals, energy and a good team spirit.
