Maud Scholten – Women’s Tennis

In this article, we will tell you more about student-athlete Maud Scholten. Furthermore, at the bottom of this article, you will find the video in which Maud shares more about herself.

Sports: Tennis

Entry semester: Fall 2024

Maud Scholten is 17 years old and was born and raised in Den Bosch. She has been playing tennis since the age of five, and until the age of twelve, she combined tennis with field hockey. At that point, Maud decided to stop playing field hockey and fully concentrate on tennis. Currently, Maud is part of Amjoy Tennis.

In her daily life, Maud is very cheerful and enthusiastic, but she also places great importance on making everyone feel comfortable around her. On the court, Maud is highly coachable and takes feedback to heart, immediately working on it. Furthermore, Maud will never give up and will always give her all to win the match.

In America, Maud wants to train as much as possible and compete in matches to develop herself as a tennis player to the best of her ability. She also places great importance on her studies and is committed to giving her best in that aspect. Additionally, Maud is eagerly looking forward to playing tennis as part of a team in America and is determined to do everything it takes to win as a team.
