Sharif Vossen – Men’s Tennis

In this article we tell you more about student-athlete Sharif Vossen, in addition, at the bottom of this article you will find the video in which Sharif tells more about himself.

Entry semester: Fall 2024

Sixteen-year-old Sharif started playing tennis at a young age. When his father took him to his first training session, he was 9 years old, and since then, he always enjoyed it. Sharif has also participated in other sports such as golf, basketball, and even playing the guitar. Currently, Sharif trains at AmJoy Tennis in Veldhoven, dedicating 13 hours per week to training.

Sharif is a social and enthusiastic boy who has always a smile on his face. As an athlete, Sharif can adapt well to different situations, and his ambitions to win are very high. He is competitive both on and off the court, and even in the face of an injury, he will do everything possible to recover.

In the United States, Sharif wants to work as hard as possible to make the most of his potential, both academically and in tennis. He is highly motivated to earn his diploma and see how far it can take him. He is also excited to get to know the American culture.
