Rogier Vannisselroij is one of our soccer consultants in our soccer department. Soccer has been an important part of his life since childhood, he played for many years at a high amateur level and is still active as a player of the first team of DBS Eindhoven.

In 2022, he made the move to America through Slamstox to pursue a minor here during his college studies in Sports Science in Eindhoven, a dream come true for Rogier. He left for Morningside University in Iowa, where he played in the NAIA division. It became a fantastic adventure in which even the Nationals were reached.

Besides playing soccer himself, Rogier is currently the head coach of the O19-1 of DBS Eindhoven. Coaching and development of young players is something he enjoys and values enormously. In the past he also trained in the youth academy of PSV, where he learned a lot about coaching talented soccer players.

With his own experience, he knows exactly what is involved in the adventure in America, from first interviews to scoring your first goal on American soil. And because America has made such an impression on him, he now wants to help other ambitious boys and girls towards their own unforgettable sports and study adventure in America.
