    Finn Wijnen – Men’s Soccer

    Sports: Men’s soccer

    Entry semester: Fall 2024

    Finn Wijnen is 17 years old from Bruchem. He developed a deep love for soccer thanks to his father and started playing soccer the age of 4 at FC Langenberg. After three years, he transitioned to Fortuna Sittard, where he currently competes at the highest level.

    What makes Finn special is his open, social, and independent nature, coupled with his ability to keep things organised and tidy. He is a true team player and aims to combine his studies with sports in America at the highest level. His specialties lie in free kicks and corners, and he can assume a leadership role both on and off the field.

    In America, Finn hopes to earn his diploma while winning as many soccer matches as possible. He also hopes to make many friends and experience a lot of the culture.

    Finn dreams of becoming a professional soccer player, but if that doesn’t work out, he plans to start his own business.
