Jan Quispel – Men’s Soccer

Entry semester: Fall 2023

The 20-year-old Jan has been with a ball at his feet since he was young. He has played in the youth teams of VV Emmen, FC Twente and Pec Zwolle, among others and eventually made his debut at his team VV Emmen.

What makes Jan special as a person is that he is ambitious and gives the full 100% for the goals he sets for himself. Jan is a quiet guy and connects easily with other people.

As an athlete Jan has a real winner’s mentality and can push matches over the line. He is a leader who wants to bring his team along in his mentality to win. He has a good kick, sharp vision of the game and functional technique.

In America, Jan wants to develop on the soccer field, in school but most importantly as a person. His ultimate dream is to eventually grow into the MLS.
