Kevan Kamminga – Men’s basketball

In this article, we will tell you more about student-athlete Kevan Kamminga. Furthermore, at the bottom of this article, you will find the video in which Kevan shares more about himself.

Sports: Basketball

Entry semester: Fall 2024

Kevan is 16 years old and was born in Pembroke Pines, Florida. When he was 2 years old, he moved to Belgium, and when he was 10, he relocated to his current hometown of Veghel in the Netherlands. He started playing basketball when he was 6 years old and was immediately hooked. After initially playing at the amateur level, he is currently playing at the highest level in the Netherlands.

Both on the court and off it, Kevan is hardworking and eager to learn. He always gives his all, both academically and athletically. Furthermore, Kevan is always open to new experiences and new things to learn, which is why he excels in school and displays versatility on the field.

In America, Kevan aims to become the best player he can possibly be. He’s determined to do everything it takes to achieve his ultimate goal, which is to become a professional player. As a backup plan, he has his eyes on a career in business management, allowing him to achieve financial stability and lead a happy life with a loving family.
