This is Teske Kreulen, a tennis player from the Netherlands aged 16, living in Meppel. Teske started playing tennis when she was five years old. Until the age of 12 she also played soccer, but she stopped doing so to focus fully on tennis. Tennis always gives her a smile and she is extremely passionate about it. She currently trains both at school and in Zuidwolde, where she also plays her matches.
What makes Teske special as a person is that she is energetic and open. She loves to joke around and make people around her smile. When she really wants something, she fully puts her energy and commitment into it. In addition, she is always open to learning new things and tries to grow as much as possible through new experiences.
What really sets Teske apart as an athlete is that she has a keen understanding of her opponent’s game. She is completely focused on how she wants to play and on her goals, both during practices and games. Teske always gives everything she has, is disciplined and works hard both on and off the court. During practices, she stays focused, but she also knows how to have fun and enjoy the game.
In the future, Teske hopes to continue improving herself every day in America. She wants to learn, grow and gain new experiences. In addition, she wants to become the best tennis player she has ever been and really show what she is capable of.
