    Yente Mulder – Women’s Soccer

    In this article, we tell you more about student-athlete Yente Mulder. In addition, at the bottom of this article you will find the video in which Yente tells more about herself.

    Sports: Women’s Soccer
    Entry semester: Fall 2026

    This is Yente Mulder, an 18-year-old soccer player from the Netherlands, living in Veghel. Yente used to do gymnastics but because her best friends played soccer, Yente wanted to as well. At the age of eight she started playing soccer at the club in her village, but now Yente plays at Rosmalen.

    What makes Yente special as a person is that her enthusiasm influences others in a positive way. Yente’s family and friends say she is very kind and caring.

    What really sets Yente apart as an athlete is that she is very fast and has great technique. Yente has incredible passion for her sport. Sometimes even too much passion in her own opinion. As captain of her team, Yente is a real leader. She can also play in several positions.

    In the future, Yente hopes to get better at soccer in America and wants to learn about American culture. She hopes to notice the differences between Europe and America. Yente also wants to discover what it is like to play with players from other countries. What Yente will add to her future team is her enthusiasm, leadership and positivity. She also goes for good grades and will be a good addition for the university.
