Lucia Dusseljee is 15 years old and lives with her parents in Helmond. When Lucia was 5, her parents enrolled her in ballet and tennis due to her high energy levels. After several years of pursuing ballet and tennis, Lucia decided to fully focus on tennis at the age of 11. She is currently pursuing her tennis training with Amjoy.

Lucia is an outspoken individual who enjoys sharing her opinions and feelings with those around her. Additionally, she is a perfectionist and strives to do everything as well as possible. On the tennis court, Lucia is highly coachable and takes feedback to heart. She is also a true team player, viewing her team as a second family.

During her time in America, Lucia hopes to develop both as a tennis player and as an individual as much as possible. She aims to achieve this by training extensively and diligently, while also giving her best in academics. Her ultimate goal is to turn professional, and all these efforts are geared toward achieving that.
