Evan van der Plas

Occupying the role of a shooting guard, Evan's gameplay revolves around versatility and explosiveness. His ability to execute a quick first step allows him to maneuver past defenders with ease, leading to forceful finishes at the rim.

Evan can create scoring opportunities both off the dribble and through catch-and-shoot situations. Nevertheless, he remains committed to refining his game, especially in terms of consistency.  He's really great at moving around the court even when off the ball. He knows how to use his teammates' screens to get open and find good spots to score. Which consistently contributes to his team's offensive flow.

Evan's defensive is also equally noteworthy. In full-court press situations, he excels at locking down his opponents, disrupting their offensive flow and causing turnovers. His defensive versatility is further highlighted by his proficiency in making quick rotations and seamless switches. However, one area of improvement for Evan is his tendency to focus too much on the ball when positioned in helpside defense. In high-pressure situations, Evan has learned to remain calm and composed, making him a trusted voice for the coach and a role model for his teammates. His leadership qualities contribute significantly to fostering a cohesive team environment.

Overall Evan his style of play is one that will easily translate to the style of play on College level. As he continues to fine-tune his game and pursue consistency, Evan is poised to leave an indelible mark.
