Sam Neijenhuizen, a talented tennis player hailing from The Hague, is gearing up to make his mark in college tennis starting in the Fall of 2024. Born in September 2006, Sam currently trains and competes at OLTC, where his formidable forehand stands out as his most potent weapon on the court. Complemented by a solid backhand and impressive lateral movement, Sam's game is marked by speed and precision. His ongoing focus includes enhancing his overall strength and refining his serve to gain more advantages during matches.
About Sam Neijenhuizen
Standing at 182 cm (5 feet 11 inches), Sam's journey in tennis began at a young age, earning him a spot in the Dutch national training program. Despite facing challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sam rebounded at the age of 15, displaying a remarkable improvement of one point per year in the Dutch rating system and ascending from a KNLTB 6 to 4 in just two years.
