Cato Tangkau
Cato Tangkau, born in 2001 in Rotterdam, is a curious tennis player who enjoys learning new things for as long as possible. She is very sportsmanlike towards her opponents and teammates, making her a strong team player. Cato's ultimate goal is to compete in ITF tournaments and improve her fitness. Currently, Cato holds a Dutch rating of 2, which is the second-highest rating in the Netherlands.
About Cato Tangkau
In the past, Cato has already proven herself to be competitive among the top players. She has won multiple Dutch Ranking Tournaments in both singles and doubles. The biggest Dutch Ranking Tournament she won was rewarded 4****. She also won the Dutch Under-16 doubles title. Internationally, she secured a doubles title at a Tennis Europe tournament.
Cato plans to go to America in Fall 2024 to further work on her fitness, as she sees potential for improvement.
