Edouard Franck

Edouard started doing track and field when he was 12 years of age. At that time he engaged in multiple events including long jump and sprints. About 3 years later, Edouard explored triple jump and immediately fell in love with this event. After he decided to focus on triple jump primarily Edouard made lots of progress very quickly. Moreover, he placed 2nd (twice) and 3rd at the Belgium Junior National Championships. 

His biggest strength is his determination. Edouard trains hard, but also loves what he does. He very much enjoys training and triple jump is his true passion. He would like to get the maximum out his athletic career and works hard to achieve his goals. Edouard doesn’t give up easily and has a winning mindset that makes him a strong competitor. 

Edouard is currently working to improve his technique and he’s primarily focussing on his 2nd jump and his landing. We strongly believe there is still much room for improvement, especially when Edouard improves his technique and keeps developing himself athletically. 

His current PB in the triple jump is 13.24m.

His major athletic goals in the USA are to perform at his absolute best for his future college track team and get everything out of his collegiate career jumping as far a possible. Ultimately, he would like to jump 14.30m or further in the triple jump. 

Edouard height is 1.76m (5’9) and he weighs 65kg (143 lbs).

He is currently enrolled in the highest level of high school in Belgium and Edouard is expected to graduate in the Spring of 2024. For more information about his academics, please check out the details section below.
