Julie Fortanier
Julie (2004) is a right footed midfielder, currently playing for VRC Girls U20. She can play as a right or left midfielder but can also play as a center back. She understands the game very well. Julie will have two years of college credit in the Netherlands, studying Psychology and is looking to transfer to an ambitious program in the Fall of 2024.

We know Julie to be a very ambitious, hardworking person. She is committed to develop herself to the maximum as a soccer player as well as academically and always a joy to be around. She is everything you expect from a good teammate, and will do anything to win games.
Julie likes to keep the ball in possession, and has a great vision on the field. She makes good decisions on the ball because of her calmness, knows when to pass the ball to a teammate in between the lines or when to keep it and dribble past defenders. Julie also has a great contribution by finding her teammates with precise balls into their feet or into the space. She is stronger and faster than most girls, which helps her dominate the field physically.
