Luna Bussing

Level

Luna currently plays for the women’s team at Utrechtse Rugby Club in the first division. She also plays for the English “Find Rugby Now” club.

She has international experience in England, playing multiple times in the 7s tournament in London. Moreover, she won the Beach Rugby Tournament in Ameland, the Netherlands, with her team. She knows how to play under pressure and keeps her calm. She loves to win and wants to be part of a program that loves to compete. She is ready to be a part of a team where she can develop as a player and as a person.

Playing style

Luna is a fast player. She plays either as a center or a wing. She is agile, fast and likes to use her speed to get past her opponents. Luna also uses her speed to get away from the physicalness from the opponent. Luna is dynamic and creative. She is always focusing on improving her game and loves to put in the work. She is dedicated and wants to reach her full potential in the U.S.

Academics

Luna is a motivated student and follows the MBO 2 track. She will be graduating in June 2024. She is excited to join a program that challenges her and matches her ambition!
