Tess Koppers

Level

Tess is currently playing at BH&BC Breda U18-1. She plays at the second highest league in the Netherlands (Super A). Throughout her youth career, Tess has consistently played at the highest levels, constantly seeking opportunities to develop and refine her skills. Her invitation to try out for the Dutch national team U16 is a testament to her talent and dedication to the sport.

Playing Style

Tess isn't afraid to come out of her goal, challenging opponents and disrupting their plays with her fearless and aggressive style. This courage sets her apart, giving her team a vital advantage when it comes to controlling the game's tempo. She also knows how to clear the ball efficiently, sending it safely to the side and minimizing the chance for rebounds. On top of that, she possesses a talent for reading shots and plays, allowing her to anticipate and react swiftly to any situation on the field.

Her skill set, commitment, and leadership qualities are the reason why she was also invited to practice with the First Ladies team.

Academics

Tess  is currently in her senior year of HAVO and is expected to graduate in June 2024. Tess is looking forward to joining a Field Hockey Program, starting in the Fall of 2024. 

She is well-equipped to make a significant impact on any college field hockey program, bringing with her experience in the sport and commitment to success.
