Ky Liem is an extremely passionate and hard working midfielder from the Netherlands. He competes in the Dutch national U21 league. He completed his IB degree in the spring of 2020 and is interested in joining an ambitious college soccer team starting in the Fall of 2021.
While having played multiple international tournaments and having been part of a Barcelona based soccer team for six months, Ky has developed critical technical skills to further accelerate his career. His ultimate goal is to become a professional player in the MLS.
Since a young age, Ky has been working very hard on improving his soccer skills. He has played for multiple Dutch teams including CVV Zwervers, IFC and currently plays for Alexandria 66 in the U19 team which comes out in the 1st division in the Netherlands.
At the age of 14, Ky moved to Barcelona where he went to an international school and played soccer for FC Hermes (Cadet Primera Division).
In addition to his soccer practices, Ky works with physical and track coaches to improve his strength and speed.
He is also a main ambassador for 90 minutes life - a promotional and development platform focused on soccer players.
We know Ky to be extremely hard working, technical and a great team player. He is willing to do everything to become a better soccer player while still putting emphasis on his academics.
