Eloise de Mooij is a talented Dutch tennis player who has already impressed with her tennis game at the national and international level with her powerful service and determined play. After graduating high school in 2020, Eloise chose a special route: three years of full-time training and playing tournaments. Resulting in, among other things, 7 WTA points and a top 50 ranking in the Netherlands.
Still, the dream of an American adventure kept alive. The combination of high-level sports and study attracted her immensely. Together with Slamstox, that dream became a reality.
The next step: college tennis
In 2024, Eloise made the move to Keiser University, where she immediately found her place on the varsity tennis team. Although it took some getting used to the American system, she now feels completely at home. She is looking forward to playing many matches, improving her footwork and stepping onto the court even more confidently.
Choosing Keiser turned out to be a golden move: in her first year, the team immediately became National Indoor Champions.

Slamstox as a link
Eloise’s trajectory was not standard. Because of her years as a full-time tennis player, it was important to have her playing eligibility carefully examined. Slamstox played a key role in this. In addition to administrative support, we helped find a school that could fulfill her athletic ambitions as well as academic aspirations.
“Without Slamstox’s help, I wouldn’t have known how to go about this. They were always accessible, quick in their communication and gave honest advice. Thanks to them I ended up in a place where I can develop fully.” – Eloise de Mooij
With her powerful game, perseverance and professional attitude, Eloise is all set to make her mark on American college tennis. The first successes are already in – and there are undoubtedly many more to come.
